I've been trying to have a second pump installed in an existing well since 2021 because it wasn't a typical job. Other pump contractors didn't call back, didn't show up, didn't answer questions, etc.. In 2025, Triton answered the phone in person when I called, arrived on the same day to give me a quote, and had the job done a couple of weeks later once the parts arrived (this wasn't an emergency or rush job). Quick response on coming out to replace our pump. Even on a weekend. The new pump did not run correctly. I had to adjust the pressure of the pressure tank, the cut in pressure and the cut off pressure. After I adjusted all the pressures. The pump works great.

Our well pump died on the evening of August 8.  I called Bryant  early the next morning.  He came out mid-day on August 10 and replaced the pump in short order.  He had all the parts on hand to do the job.  I don't think you could ask for better service than that.  I highly recommend Titan Pump Service.
